Auziker at Enforce Tac 2025: Innovation in Explosive Detection
5 de March de 2025At Auziker, we are proud to have taken our products to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, where we played a crucial role in the security of the event. Our explosive detection training aids, specifically designed to help canine units detect TATP (Triacetone Triperoxide), were used by police forces in several countries, including France, Germany and Italy. This explosive, known as ‘The Mother of Satan’, is highly dangerous and difficult to detect, making our devices an essential tool for training explosive detection dogs safely and accurately.
In the context of the Olympic Games, France had raised its terror alert level to its highest level due to the growing threat of attacks. TATP is a homemade explosive that has been used in multiple jihadist attacks, and its detection is a top priority at major events such as this one. However, the shortage of explosive detection dogs, specially trained to identify TATP, was a major challenge for the organisers. Despite the need for these dogs, resources were limited, and international police forces were required to fill this gap.
During the Olympic Games, our solutions were put to the test in daily drills with the police forces, who were highly satisfied with the performance of our devices. The canine units were able to perform their explosives detection work effectively and with full confidence in the reliability of the training.
At Auziker, we are committed to global security innovation. Our canine training aids represent a significant advance in the fight against terrorism, and we are proud to have contributed to the security of an event of the magnitude of the Olympic Games. We will continue to work to deliver solutions that make a difference in protecting lives and preventing global threats.
